Before Order

Browse our collection, select your size and color, then click "Add to Cart." Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and complete the payment to place your order.
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping details for future purchases, and receive special promotions.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, bank transfers.
We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. Please refer to it before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact our support team immediately to request changes.
While we strive to display accurate colors, they may slightly vary due to different screen resolutions and lighting conditions during photography.
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We may expand to international shipping in the future, so stay tuned!
Delivery times range from 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for remote areas within Pakistan.

After Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order on the courier’s website or contact us for assistance.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven’t received the confirmation, contact us with your order details, and we’ll resend the confirmation.
If you receive the wrong product or your item is damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund after confirming the issue.
Yes, we accept returns for unworn, undamaged shoes within 15 days of receiving the item. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We will notify you once the refund is issued.
Changes to the shipping address can only be made before the order is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address.
