You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  •   Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  •   In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  •   Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  •   Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after purchase.
  •   Items not in their original condition, such as damaged boxes or missing tags.
  •   Clearance or final sale items.

 

 

2. Return Process

Step 2: Shipping the Return

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us.

 

Step 3: Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If the item meets the return criteria, we will approve the return. If not, we will notify you of the reason for rejection.

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund through the original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.

 

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.

 

Shipping Charges

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective items).

 

 

4. Exchanges

Exchange Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at +92 312 9387803 and we’ll arrange for the exchange.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within 15 days of receiving the order.

 

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team to request a cancellation.
