We currently ship orders to locations within Pakistan only. Orders placed from outside Pakistan will not be processed.

 

2. Delivery Times

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for remote areas.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Business Days: Our shipping and delivery are handled on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

 

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery

  • Currently, we are giving free shipping on all orders.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number through the courier company’s website or contact our support team for updates.

 

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers, including TCS, Trax, and Postex, to ensure fast and reliable delivery. The choice of courier may depend on your location and the size of the package.

 

6. Order Confirmation and Changes

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email or WhatsApp message confirmation after placing an order. Please review the details carefully. If any corrections are needed, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

 

Order Modifications

Once your order has been dispatched, no changes can be made to the shipping address or order details. If you need to make changes before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at +92 312 9387803.

 

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical issues.

 

Delayed Orders

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.

 

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier. If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

 

8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand our services in the future.

 

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders are subject to applicable sales taxes, which will be included in the total price at checkout. For deliveries within Pakistan, no additional customs duties will be charged.
